This section displays the client’s contact and billing information. The information found in this section can be updated by the client in real time.
This is the main section of the Clean Connect. Here the client can request an appointment with an ACW sales person. An appointment is for the site inspection and that is when our staff gather data needed for creating and preparing a quotation. Once the quotation is ready, we send a copy through this section. From this copy, the client can perform further actions such as reviewing and approving the quotation. They can also upload documents or images.
All ongoing projects (and even those that have already been closed or terminated) can be viewed in the Site section. Through this section, the client can also send notes to the Area Manager – or any ACW staff member – to whom the project or task is assigned. A hard copy of the project record can also be produced through the print feature of this section.
The system allows the client to add additional tasks or requests that are outside the scope of the original project.
We’ve found that this is a great way to hear our client’s feedback. A complaint can be an expression of dissatisfaction, a suggestion on how we can improve our services, or your opinion on how your project is treated. Whatever the case may be, we’d like to hear from you.
Clean Connect includes all the Site Inspection Reports added by the Area Manager. Whenever our Area Manager does a periodic check on a site, we make the report visible to the client for him/her to see how the project is going and what we are doing to improve the quality of our services.
